Papaya fruit and leaf undergoes five stages of bio-fermentation using multi-strain probiotics, resulting in a more bio-available and bio-active complex to help beautify the gut and support whole body wellbeing. The six strains of probiotics used in the BioRestore™ fermentation include Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Bifidobacterium lactis, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae (boulardii).

The probiotic BioRestore™ culture is created by fermenting the base ingredients of water, sugar, and wholefoods with papaya and six raw probiotic strains.
