Oolong is a semi-oxidised tea, which is known for its rich character and pleasant lasting aftertaste. Often referred to by its common name Hong Wu-Long, Love Tea Oolong tea is directly sourced each year from a cooperative in the Fujian province of south east China. Reminiscent of hazelnuts, it is a dark, roasted style of oolong tea, which offers a full bodied and savoury flavour that lingers on the palate.This variety of Oolong is darker and more bold in colour and flavour.The Love Tea range is certified organic, fairly traded, completely biodegradable and hand picked in Melbourne.
Brewing:Place a heaped teaspoon (2g) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 70°C-80°C and allow to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Strain the tea and serve. This tea can be steeped multiple times.
