Brewing:This tea can be brewed in a tea pot, or a cup. Place 3-5 pearls into a cup. Add filtered water at 75°C-85°C and allow to infuse for 2-3 minutes. The pearly will gently unfold in the bottom of the cup. Leave or remove the tea and serve.
