The founders of Googys have a passion for creating real food that they proudly eat themselves, give to their children, and share with the community.
Googys was created after the founders experienced poor health from a daily diet of refined sugar for 20 years. They tried various approaches to get healthy including cleansing, juicing, fasting, and different diets, but nothing worked long term. The turning point came when they started learning about a simple and natural way of eating based on the philosophy of ancestral eating, where they ate whole foods with all the natural fats and protein they contain. Eating clean real foods is an unbelievably simple way to lose weight, feel healthy and enjoy being active, even as their lives became incredibly busy. They wanted more people to know there was a better, simpler way.
At Googys, they have turned their backs on the sugar industry and created their whole food protein bars, smoothies, and snacks based on the humble egg.
