Dispense 2-3 pumps into your palm and gently massage onto your damp face and neck area in circular motions for at least two minutes. Following this, make sure not to scrub as it can push impurities back into your pores and make the acne worse. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Gently pat dry with a clean towel and avoid rubbing. Safe to use morning & night.
