As a Supplement: Mix 2 tablespoons with 250ml of water, or blend into your favourite juice or smoothie. This supplement has a fresh mint flavour. As a Face Mask: Mix 2 tablespoons with a small amount of water to make a thick paste. Apply this to a clean dry face and allow to penetrate for 10 minutes, until dry to touch. To remove, rinse face in warm water then gently remove excess with tips of fingers or washcloth. To test for skin sensitivity, place a small amount of paste on a discreet area, such as inside your elbow or behind your ear. Wait 24 hours.
