- Need a keto-friendly/low carb pre-workout option? you can take Amperage first thing in the morning before starting your daily exercise routine to give your body some energy and a kick in the right direction.
- Fasting? Use this first thing in the morning to pair with your fasted cardio.
- Between meals? Take a serving of Amperage to help get you through to the next meal, it is rich in fats that can help warn off an empty and grumbly stomach. Pro tip- add it into your coffee for a peppermint flavoured kick!
- Grip Strength - Research shows that peppermint oil has demonstrated performance-enhancing effects with a significant increase in the grip force (36.1%), standing vertical jump (7.0%), and standing long jump (6.4%).(1)
Why grip strength? Do you want to increase and maintain muscle mass? If you can lift heavier and increase your endurance on a pull-up bar you are increasing your chances of meeting these goals. To do this you need to have good grip strength, you can’t lift if you can’t keep your grip.
- Performance - In order to increase performance and endurance, you need oxygen! Oxygen combined with calories makes aerobic energy, to perform you need energy! Peppermint oil helps open up the lungs for oxygen to flow freely.
